as hookbait i.e halibut pellets??
and does anyone Know anywhere to get a sack of feed at a decent price? :o

Graham Tysons, sell halibuts, trouties, carp pellets, maize pellets (AVOID!), groundbaits, particles of all sorts Very Happy

I think its cus he means they break down super quickley.


place in rushdon can get u a 25gk sack of halibut for bowt 40 quid, they are made by same peeps who makes the Dynamite ones just not in a fancy bag and priced at £3.50 a Kg. !

saying that dont use lots of pelets in the winter. harder for fish to digest them due to the high oil content, use smaller sizes 2-5mm and crushed ones in a bag 8)

Get yourselves down to an animal feeds place 25 quid a sack usally as codfather says not good in the winter really bad for carp or anyfish.Try the milkimin pellets from ccmoores not cheap but when useing a bag the size of a golf ball with a hookbait they last ages you wont get a better pellet.

yeah, trout pellets are megga cheap. its just halibuts that are expensive. this time of year u want to attract them to ur hook not feed them!!!

Trout pellets Question there even cheaper the halibets and troutys are not made with carp in mind they are a high oil pellet.why anyone would want to use somthing designed for warm water in the winter puzzles me im not saying they wont work but they wont work as well.

that place in rushden is graham tysons! The maize pellets are shit, cheap for a reason, half of them are damp and mouldy from there!
